Refund Policy for My Uniform Hub (Regent Distributors Trading As)

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept any items returned to us without prior authorisation.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received the incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We will promptly assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Any items returned without proper paperwork or claimed after seven days will either be restocked or disposed of/recycled if found to be faulty.
