Due to Coronavirus, the shop will operate differently over the next upcoming months

The shop has been fully prepared for coronavirus protection as per Government guidelines, this includes an increased cleaning regime of all customer touch points

Our staff will be using PPE for protection 

We also have sanitizers for customer use

The fitting rooms are not available during this time

We also have sneeze screens for protection



We will be operating a queueing system, with a 2m gap between guests

Only a selected number of people will be allowed in store

If you are requiring service instore and are waiting in queue, please be patient

10.00am - 2.00pm Saturday

Sunday Closed


10.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Saturday

10.00am - 7.00pm Thursday

10.00am - 2.00pm Sunday

Refunds & Exchanges

As an extension to our policy, we understand that garments can not be tried on as before in changing rooms

With this in mind, we have extended our exchange policy to 28 days from date of purchase with valid receipt of goods and items UNWORN, in full packaging with  TAGS.

No refund is offered, exchange only

Return carriage is charged

During this time, please try to use Credit / Debit cards for all purchases, this helps eliminate the use of handling Cash, as this is a method on how the transmission of the virus increases



We are using our carriers to deliver goods to customers, this includes APC, Royal Mail and Hermes as well as others

During this time (Till End September), all deliveries to schools are suspended till further notice


This policy is reviewed on a weekly basis and may be amended due to situations beyond our control
